At 16 Acres Supply Co., each piece is handcrafted from reclaimed materials and is truly one of a kind. Because of the nature of our work, we ask that you read this policy carefully before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final Due to the custom and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product photos, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sixteenacressupplyco@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to make it right — whether that's a replacement part, repair, or store credit at our discretion.
Shipping Damage Claims For freight-shipped items, please inspect your piece before signing for delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Signing without noting damage may limit our ability to file a claim on your behalf.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production or preparation may have already begun and cancellations may not be possible.
