Shipping policy
At 16 Acres Supply Co., we take great care in preparing each piece for safe transit. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.
Processing Time The items we sell are custom, and made to order. We ship within 1-2 business days after we make the items. Because each piece is handcrafted and one of a kind, some orders may require additional handling time. We'll notify you if there are any delays.
Shipping Methods Large furniture pieces (tables, kitchen islands) are shipped via freight carrier. Smaller items (lighting, accessories) ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Freight Deliveries Freight shipments are delivered curbside unless otherwise arranged. Please inspect your item thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt. Any visible damage must be noted on the receipt at the time of delivery — failure to do so may limit our ability to file a damage claim on your behalf.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination. For large freight items, we recommend contacting us before ordering if you have questions about delivery logistics and costs.
International Shipping We do not offer international shipping at this time.
