General By accessing our website and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Products All items sold by 16 Acres Supply Co. are handcrafted from reclaimed and upcycled materials. Natural variations in wood grain, metal patina, and finish are inherent to the materials and are not considered defects. Product photos are representative but your piece may vary slightly due to its one-of-a-kind nature.

Pricing All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of your order.

Deposits Some products require a deposit to be paid before we make them.  Deposits are non refundable as the deposit is considered as entering into a contract for the making of the product.  Full payment is due before items will be shipped.

Order Acceptance Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or product availability. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Intellectual Property All content on this site — including photos, text, and branding — is the property of 16 Acres Supply Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability 16 Acres Supply Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
